It's actually gotten pretty good the M lite cars. My favorite feature of my M340 other than having a real diff out back is how playful you can get with the rear despite being AWD.
It's not Porsche good but it's pretty good and worth calling out at this point. |
Gonna respectfully disagree on that sorry. Even Mazda can tune a steering rack better. The M340 is a great car all else, but the steering in any modern BMW, even the M2 - which is my favorite BMW and has the best steering of the lineup - is mediocre at best. Great cars, but steering is still one of BMW's biggest weakness.
