Had the same problem with my previous update. The cause was insufficient charge in the battery to complete the install. Due to COVID lockdown, car was seldom driven, so battery slowly discharged (but car still started, no probs). Once the battery was recharged at the dealer, install was completed.
BTW, just completed new install this evening. Eagerly awaiting to see the new goodies!
