Update-
Just drove back to the cities and it seems to only be the idrive controller that's over heating. I had the ac on and it's def warmer to the touch than it should be or ever has been in the past. I've reset the idrive system and will see if that helps. Think I'm gonna take it in anyways to have them look at it and to get my system update as I'm on an old version
