Maybe outside of Garching, as I have been told in the past by BMW AG employees there is a 6,000 car storage facility in the area.
Type in Google maps "BMW Garching" and when viewed in satellite there are multiple asphalt lots of cars. It's only 9.8 km from BMW FITZ center.
