an A4 has a 13 cubic foot trunk. a 340i with runflats has 17. with the spare its probably about the same.

You can also just buy the non runflats, and buy the floor covering (like $200) and remove the spare and only put it in there, when you are going on a long trip or something. Its $150 for the spare + $200 for the trunk floor part, and given the runflats cost way more than non runflats you'll make that back on the first tire replacement. If you're leasing , the non runflats are cheaper to put on the tire for a lease return too, so its mostly works out there too. Plus you'll get to drive the car the way it was meant to be with non runflats
