not tobe rude but that statement proves you have little to no experience in law enforcement....do you even know how little they could have sold that car for??....it wouldnt have even been worth the time....and thats speaking from experience..
Best to keep the car...run down some speeders.... and generate hell of revenue off of what the car can do for them that their other cars cant do
