I think you need to sign up before buying the car. You can do it online. You need to pay for 3 years at one time I believe (If you've been a member for a year, you're entitled as well). I've had a 5 series ($1000) and 3 3 series ($500 each). So $2500 off for about 10 years of membership at $40 something per year. Great magazine as well.
