You may stay DRL on (iDrive menu) at night, in this case you DRL will be work, and if you push "OFF" (up to 20 km/h), you will drive without lowbeam (but with DRL only). The same to parking lights.
Try this coding:
1. Headunit (MGU):
a) DAYDRIVING_LIGHT - set "standard"
b) DAYDRIVING_LIGHT_REAR - set "aktive"
2. BDC:
a) OFF_IN_PWF_FAHREN_ERLAUBT - set "ja"
b) TFL_MODUS - set "tfl_s"
c) LIC_Feature_4 - set "disable"
d) ComAdapterPdu_0D1_Frontraumueberwchhung_G WW_WWA - set "nicht_aktive"

Thank you for all the great info gents! I'm new, was wondering how you can change or input these codes? Is there something I have to get to connect to ECU and Bluetooth to phone? If so what is it called and where is the ECU connection port. Thanks!
