I was in Seattle for a decade and despised (and still do despise) the Seahawks. Bandwagon fanbase, classless players, sleazy coach, you name it. I wasn't born or raised there so I had a 3rd party perspective. I can't tell you how many dorky techies I met at the WC game vs. Detroit who have only lived in Seattle for the past 5-7 yrs tops. They ditched their hometown teams or just didn't follow football period until it became fashionable to do so.

Exactly, I grew up in Ohio, watched LeBron play in high school. I'm not going to ditch my decades long alligence just bc my job happens to be in another city.
