I can't believe that there are actually still people who think that the M3 will not get the big grill. Do you actually know what an effort is invested in the construction and qualification of a front bumper. It would be far too expensive to offer different front bumpers for the two vehicles.
The vehicle shown in the video is clearly an older test vehicle which does not have the final bodywork components.
Don't get any false hopes and try to get used to the new look. At least the BMW models are now more different again, not like Mercedes or Audi.
