Again, that seems remarkable. I have a MY16 at 512/mo (granted sales tax is 10% a month) with an MSRP closer to 52K. Agreed rising interest rates are probably "hurting" car sales in general.
I think more around 600/mo tax included for a base M340i , all the way to 800-850/mo for a well optioned or fully loaded vehicle. That’s the reality of it . Just throwing general numbers out there, I know msrp, lease incentives , location, credit, and MF all figure into it. Im sure high interest rates arent helping leasing , and also this being a whole new generation 3 series. Don’t really see too much lease support from BMW for the new 3er atleast the first year or so.
