Maybe if his software was updated it could've turned the feature off. I know when my software was updated a few of my settings were changed randomly. That's why I suggested to just take a quick look.

Didn't not notice that lol. Good call. Yea take it to the shop, nothing you can do here. Most likely need to replace the assembly. |
