Just so that people don’t get confused the lower strip you are showing is also the turn signal on the US lights. The difference is that the brake lights (the two small strips above the parking lights) also light up when using the turn signals.
As for physical differences, the Euro spec only has one small trip for the brakes and the lower strip is amber instead of red.
