Was it delivered with your car? only asking as in my 12 year experience ordering cars with the Main dealer in the West of Ireland, they somehow always made sure to screw the options ordered without fail, last time on top of screwing one option on our ordered X5 they managed to screw the actual price by 5k on a new car order, simply amazing cannot do options and now pricing! I hope you not dealing with the same dealer.
