Yeah I emailed escort about it and they think it might be due to the detector being mounted too high. Honestly I don’t really notice much issue except when I want to lock something out and can’t because there is no gps signal. Would have thought blendmount would have been fine to still receive GPS signal.

Does the issue still occur if you use the mag mount that comes with it to mount to the windshield near the dash?
