Partially yes, but not entirely.
Most Audi Quattro's are reluctant in supporting overpower to oversteer because they're FWD set up to have only RWD assistance come in when overpower requests it. BMW is (should be) the other way around: it pushes the rear to the limit and then it grips on the front to balance. This still provides Xdrive the RWD feeling in contradiction to Quattro.
