My local BMW dealer, from whom I have purchased my last 4 cars, has two left-over 2018 M2 with exec package and TC tranny MSRP $65K. I was offered one of these for $57K if I finance. After looking at the specs for the M340i and comparing to the 2018 M2, this looks like a bad idea. The M340i has more HP, better suspension, same brakes, more modern interior and probably close to the same price. I'm thinking that the left over 2018 M2's are going to be hard to move with an informed buyer (and what M2 buyer isn't?) and an attractive price needs to be $55K, or less, before incentives. Am I wrong?
