Custom ordered my 2 series back in ‘15:
- You do negotiate the final price at time of order, whatever discounts off MSRP or whatever.
- I don’t think your able to take advantage of offers once car is delivered. Any discounts ( in my case new graduate discount) was applied at time of order with negotiation of final price and financing terms
