One of my questions was about how to approach the negotiation of the MSRP. My ex, who is in the car business, did all the work for me. It's nice when you know all the sales tactics.
So do I just start with, "let's talk MSRP"? I want 10% off!

Try a range. Say I'm looking to get 11-13% off. They'll shut you down fast. Then you can negotiate down to 10.5% or something. If they don't bite initially, don't worry they'll call you the next day or day after to work out some numbers. And if they don't, try another dealer. Work with like 2-3 at a time.
Got to be willing to put in the time and effort for it, it's the one thing I hate since I know they can do it but make the task so hard, exhausting and painful to deal with.
