I know it's just a sound system, but it's really souring my experience of the car - and, I paid for it, so it should work properly. When it is working though, I have to say I'm massively underwhelmed by it. The HK in my G30 was miles better.

Surely if you're less than a minute away you turn back around and call them to come out and see it again?!
