Yes you can swap them for normal and get a mobility kit. My gripe with run-flats is that they can be noisy, they're expensive and if you do get a dreaded nail in the tyre nobody will repair them. This happened to me on my F10 with a £200 Dunlop Sport Maxx which had less than fifty miles on it

That said, having RFT saved me on a grimy winter evening, suited and booted, travelling to an evening wedding reception in the middle of nowhere. Picked up a puncture but was able to safely get to the venue and change the wheel in the safety of the hotel carpark the following day.

Overall though, I'd prefer to take my chances with conventional rubber.
