I guess you're thinking of a GC as having more space because the trunk opening is larger? The GC has less room for rear seat passengers than an M3. For this reason specifically, I think of the GC as the
smaller, sportier sedan. I believe that's the entire marketing concept behind calling a sedan a coupe. Perhaps you mean the GC is more utilitarian than an M3?
