I've got 03/2019.60 at the moment. I e-mailed BMWConnected App they sent me a generic link to a download page on the BMW site which didn't recognise my VIN. I replied to them accordingly and they forwarded my enquiry onto some BMW tech department and suggested I contact my dealer as well.
I phoned my dealer who didn't have a clue what the latest version was, he just said that his computer said I had the latest version.
Today, I've had an e-mail back from the BMW tech which says the car will update itself and no update is necessary. They also sent me a link to enter my VIN which just told me the same.
