You'll have to check what version of the software (i.e. 3/2019, 7/2019, 11/2019) you're currently running. I have had issues until I went to the dealer and updated to 11/2019.41. It's been by far the most stable update so far. All the connected drive app functions seem to work much more reliably. Report back with the version and let us know.
