I have one listed on Swapalease which checks nearly every box you've listed. PPF'd since off the showroom floor, 35% tints, ceramic coated, etc. Garage kept, adult driven, all the things you would want to hear. I barely drive the thing and am looking to get out from the lease - only cost to you would be the $500 application/transfer fee, any tax due locally, and transportation if you need it shipped. It's a very clean car - perfect for someone who is super picky.
