''No more excuses''.

Motorsport advisor to RB Helmut Marko has said that Merc being a strong force in F1 means that RB cannot hold back like last year and really needs to be challenging from race one and not be lagging even winning the first race.
He set the target of five wins last year and when asked what the target is for '20 commented that over five would be reasonable to expect.
There's no reason to doubt that, when Honda get it right we've seen in the past they were unstoppable.
On the chassis side the tyre cooling advantage for Merc is being countered and all being square there the second fuel flow sensors for EVERY car it should be an interesting start and I can see more driver input on the edge of the rules being more prevalent than using tech advantage.
That just leaves the stewards to apply things in more manageable less petty ways.
