Yes I agree, I have had the mppsk on my 340i for about a year but just added the Dinan Cold Air Intake about 2 months ago and the improved power and instantaneous acceleration gain was vividly noticeable from the very instant I drove it home. Dinan quotes a 15hp and a 13torque gain at the crank. While I can't verify the actual numbers I can definitely attest to the performance improvement over the mppsk alone.
