The one positive thing about the massive grills is it should help with track days and the transmission not over heating. At least that was happening at BMW Performance center at Thermal.

I'm just hoping I will end up liking the look, because so far everything else looks good. Arctic Race Blue, brown interior, AWD, and 6-speed might keep me an M3 customer.

I don't need AWD but it would be nice for more grip during autocross. As long as it isn't dramatically too much heavier and has the option to turn off for some drifting
