The car looks good with 19 and the ride quality is surprisingly good. Out of all the tires you listed Michelin Ps 4s in by far the best tire . soft, quite ride with best dry and wet grip. It is non run flat so you need a plug kit to deal with flats.
It comes with Cooling pack and gives you mobility kit so you do nOt need a spare so you do not loose trunk space
Summer tire is best for performace in over 40F. But in cold temps, especially under 32 you would loose performance and they are dangerous/ unrideble in the snow
