Nope, really did just mean that some people don't notice things that drive other people bonkers. And that trying to get service folk to hear rattles is a horror show. |
Why a service guy might not want to hear a rattle could be sort of obvious, I think. It sounds like one of the worst things to try to fix. Let's rip this dash apart to find and fix that rattle and we better not create any more or we're right back where we started. Sounds wonderful to me.
