That is not true at all. You have like, met women right? I've known plenty of skinny chicks with large breasts. One of my wife's best friends had to have back surgery because she is thin with large tatas. I will agree the larger the woman there is a likely hood for larger breasts but that is based on where females hold their fat. I work with two Amazons who both work out like crazy, have low body fat, and look like they could suffocate you.
