That Denver deal has been on the table and Wade is not interested. Wade deserves the money because he took pay cuts to win. They have money to pay Whiteside max money. Riley wanted him to take a pay cut again, when they tried to get KD beforehand. Now the money is "gone" for Wade. He just wants what he earned. I wouldn't be surprised if Wade bolts to the Cavs, if he doesn't get his 2 year $50M or 3 year $60M deal. Of course, the Cavs have to make space for him. They could try to dump Love and sign a veteran on the cheap.
