I guess I'm thinking fully loaded. My 440 was 67k sticker so I'd imagine a slight bump for the new generation. Even with a 60k price for one with fewer options, lease payments will be north of 800/month. Just curious what the market might be for this type of pricing arrangement. I suspect BMW may be trying to bring the 3 series upmarket and perhaps be willing to sacrifice some sales volume to do so.
If you are going to spend $70+k on a 340/440, just get an M3/4. My M3 was $72,xxx and had most of what you want - 19" wheels, adaptive suspension, premium (Nav, leather, HUD, heated steering wheel, etc), upgraded radio, etc. My 340 was $58k (admittedly 4 years ago) and was equally optioned - MSport, x-drive, 19" wheels, Nav, etc.

Edit: Both were manuals.
