Please check to make sure the DSC and master cylinder are the same for both models. A quick search on Bimmercat.com would suggest the DSC is the same but the master cylinder is different.

Yes I will be doing a full swap (front and rear), still deciding if I should go for a new set of M Performance instead of this (as I wanted to remain on 18" wheels).
And thanks for pointing me to Bimmercat, seems that M Sports and M performance users the same master cylinder (34336892205), and I do need a new master cylinder. That's interesting because I noticed the M Performance Brake Kit sold doesn't come with the master cylinder simply because 330i and above uses 34336892205, while I'm on 34336892204. And theres no 320i in North America.
