I have never gone through this process, but the BMW automatic setup for tires is designed to read the QR code for the tires and then set all the parameters based on the code. It should then automatically display the recommended inflation pressure when you check pressures with iDrive.
There is also a manual tire setup option, but I don’t know what parameters are needed for input.
