I reactivated my sourdough starter for some pizza.

This was about 70% hydration, which is a bit too much in my opinion, 66% seems to be the sweet spot.

The dough was a little too soft to handle easily, and I had to be very careful to not tear it.

It was delicious however. My 10 year old now prefers sourdough, which is a little surprising.
