Speaking of collaboration, Merc should lend BMW some ball, so outside of making money from everything they build, BMW would value Motorsport Prestige a little bit by building something different.
Building a true standalone high end sports car like Merc does, is a respectful way of burning money. There're some of us that's already fed up with those family sedan derived 'performance vehicle' with a badge that says M, something BMW calls 'the most powerful letter in the world'.
