No dumb questions.... yes, the turn-signals are amber in colour and the lenses are red.
I have no idea of the colour of the actual LEDs. If you are asking if the physical LEDs can be swapped, I am sure it is possible but it may be more work/hassle than just picking up and swapping in a used set of ECE tail lights -
