I really hope that the co2 emissions will be well below 201 g/km because the Belgium government is killing the sales of high performance cars every year more and more for environmental reasons which is ridiculous considering the fact that 2000 KM further (in the eastern block) they don't care about this.
Where did you get the 22.40 MPG from? Is that according to WLTP? Because 22,40 MPG would translate to a co2 of approximately 243 g/km and this just can't be correct. Or you mean that this number is based on actual consumption? After 85.000 kilometers (52.816 miles) my average fuel consumption is 10.7 l/100 KM which translates to approximately 20 MPG (US).
