I was super dissatisfied with the Matte Wood Trim on my M340Xi I purchased.
I drove a 2019 X5 a year ago that had this beautiful matte colored grey trim and I ordered that EXACT material. Let me say it looks like absolute shit. They used a much much lower grade material in my car and the texture is very weak as well as the grain is terrible.
BMW whoever made that decision screwed up bigtime going cheap on the materials vs last years X5's
I might wait and try to buy actual CF pieces the wraps just don't look real
