If you have the time and patience, you can correct the paint yourself. A nice DA and pads and some Wolfgang products and you’ll be fine. Trust me. If I can do it, anyone can. But it took me a full day correcting my car the first time but I got rid of 95% of the swirls. Applied CQUK after that to protect the paint and car looked perfect till the day I returned it.
And hand washing the car will invariably end up instilling swirls on it unless you do it yourself and you are meticulous about it. Using new/perfectly clean MFs, following the two bucket method and being extremely careful while drying the car. Regular car washes (even hand wash places) will not be careful no matter what. And your car will end up getting swirls on it even if it is ceramic coated. Only way is to do it yourself or not worry about swirls.
