I thought they were gimmicky at first but now swear by using it to control volume, and have my 2 own gestures set up for return to home and recognise track being played on radio both which I use alot.
Assume further down the line there will be more and more, one which I thought would be great is a swipe left / right to go back and forwards between pages.
Apologies - not really relating to your topic I would contact sytner and get it booked in should be covered under warranty.
