Pretty much tried every gesture everywhere and not a single response at any stage.
Waiting for BMW Park Lane to collect the car as very obviously an issue from the factory.
Not a good start as they also delivered the car with the wrong number plate, and also forgot to apply the paint protection that was ordered in March with the original order.
