No. It isn't. It's a 10-year old Civic, just buy one that hasn't been wrecked that you could actually put full coverage on if needed.
No offense toward you, but people ask this question when they know it's not worth it, but want someone to talk them in to a bad decision.
The car isn't rare, cool, or some other redeeming quality that would justify spending the money on it.
