Yes the G20 is better in pretty much every realm. I had an F30 335ix and my M340 is night and day better.

I don't have the adaptive suspension and did regret it at first but I've come to really enjoy the road feedback I get through the chassis. If you're main concern is a smooth ride then I'd highly recommend the adaptive M suspension. However base passive suspension in the M340 is still way better than that on the F30 I had.

I'll let others comment if they desire on the adaptive suspension. Hope this helps!
