So this could be a really stupid question re the dual exhausts but is one a fully connected but fake exhaust?

This is my first non diesel in quite a few years,
however I just got home and being a cold night I checked the mail at the gate with the car running and noticed steam vapour only coming out of one pipe? Put my hand down there and one blowing hot fumes the other, nothing at all
