Are you having any trouble with the Connected App?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and at first didn't have "climatize" (remote start on iPhone) ability on the app, but was available on my wife's iPhone. Then BMW did an Andoid app update around Aug 1st and the climatize/remote start function became available. But the last few days, the climatize and remote 3D view have not been working for me or on my wife's iPhone.
