I was very direct in simply calling dealerships, stating I wanted an allotment for X% off MSRP. If they weren't willing to do that I simply ended the call and moved on. Eventually I got a callback from someone willing to do what I was asking.
I wasn't opposed to driving ~8 hours to pick it up so that obviously increased my options.
