This is the F32 "concept" from 2012. At this point, a "concept" is mostly a finished design.

They want to believe that things will change significantly, and now want to "
change the wording/specificity" as a means of back-pedaling. Nobody specified Concept/Production, and even if they did the cars are mostly one in the same like you mentioned.
