I wish I was so lucky. After not having it work pretty much from July - Oct, it started working after my software update to 07/2019.47 in Nov. Now nothing works. Tried the reboot iDrive, then update Apps and Services, which gave me the "Cannot be completed at this time" message.
I paid $300 for remote start, which depends on ConnectedDrive, and just doesn't work consistently.
My last ConnectedDrive update per the App was 1/9/2020.
To troubleshoot, I did the iDrive reboot and then update apps and services. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can take??
Update - I got it working. The third step that fixed it (after iDrive reboot and update apps and services) was to delete vehicle in app and add vehicle back to app.
